If you already own a Neutrino/Neutrino Black Box your module can be upgraded to full Aurora specs as follows…

 

If your module is running firmware version 1.74 or higher simple download the Aurora app from either Google Play or the App Store and your module will support full Aurora functionality.

 

If your module is running 1.73 or lower firmware you must send it in to us for a firmware update. The cost for this service is $50. Please contact us at service@arborealsystems.com to make this happen. 

 

To check your module firmware level connect your phone to the module and tap the tools icon at the upper right. The firmware level will be listed on the lower right of the next screen.
